1. The price you confirm
Before payment, we display the offer name, included items, total price and charging currency, discounts, taxes and any mandatory additional charges. For subscriptions we also display the periodic amount, billing period, trial period, first charging date and renewal method. For instalments we display the total price, number and amount of instalments and due dates.
2. Available payment methods

Any indicative conversion is shown separately from the amount actually charged. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or charges, which are not MLV fees; this does not transfer responsibility for our mandatory charging disclosures to the bank.
Enter card details only through the designated secure payment flow. We do not request PINs, security codes or card photographs by email or through support. Actual payment-provider roles and data processing are explained in the Privacy Policy, without assuming that every provider has the same legal role.
3. Successful, failed and repeated charges
The order confirmation shows the payment status. If the process is interrupted, check the status before retrying or contact support. An unsuccessful attempt does not mean the agreed payment has been confirmed. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected under the Refund Policy.
For payments made using instructions, the reference, recipient and validity period appear in the offer. Verify changed instructions through the published contact; we do not change the recipient through an unofficial third-party message.
4. Providing access
Delivery methods and deadlines for each offer type are: To be completed after company registration.. Access notifications are sent to the purchasing email address. Access is linked to the agreed account or other method stated in the offer. A free account alone does not establish that a paid programme has been delivered.
For phased content, the purchase summary includes the schedule and access period. We do not require you to identify the technical cause before considering a problem.
5. Technical requirements and limitations
Verified requirements, supported playback methods and download limitations: To be completed after company registration.. Before purchase, we disclose material interoperability, functionality, territorial access or content-protection limitations known to us or reasonably expected to be known. We do not charge extra to remedy a defect for which we are responsible.
6. Invoice, confirmation and refunds

Payment does not, by itself, waive withdrawal, guarantee or complaint rights. Refund deadlines and procedures are governed by the Refund Policy.
