Membership, Subscription and Instalment Terms

1. When these terms apply

This document applies only to an offer clearly identified before purchase as a membership, subscription or instalment plan. It supplements the Terms and Refund Policy; it does not turn a previously purchased standalone course into a subscription.

2. Your specific commitment

Before confirmation, we display the plan name, included programmes, access start and end, price and currency, mandatory taxes, billing frequency, minimum commitment, any trial, first charge date and amount, renewal and termination rules. The agreed parameters are retained in your confirmation: To be completed after company registration..

A subscription and recurring billing require appropriate clear acceptance. Opting into marketing does not authorise payment. A free period without clearly agreed subsequent charges does not authorise undisclosed billing.

3. Renewal and notices

Automatic renewal applies only where clearly agreed. Trial-end, renewal and price-change notices are supplied under mandatory local rules and this published schedule: To be completed after company registration.. Notices do not replace prior charging authorisation.

Price changes do not apply retroactively to an already paid period. For a future period, we provide required information and termination rights and obtain new consent where required. Silence is not universal acceptance of every change.

4. Easy cancellation

Stop future renewal at To be completed after company registration. or by emailing To be completed after company registration., without a mandatory telephone call. A request sent before the announced next renewal time prevents the next charge; our processing delay does not change your request date.

The confirmation identifies stopped renewal, the final paid period and access end date. Cancellation alone generally does not refund previous payments, but it does not exclude withdrawal, guarantee or other Refund Policy rights. Inactivity and newsletter unsubscribe are different from subscription cancellation.

5. Refunds and failed payments

The initial purchase is covered by the voluntary guarantee under the Refund Policy, including the first actual charge after a free trial. Renewal does not automatically create a new voluntary guarantee, but mandatory local rights prevail.

The consequences of a failed payment, any correction period and suspension of access are: To be completed after company registration.. We do not impose undisclosed penalties or continue charging after valid cancellation. Appropriate confirmation accompanies status changes.

6. Instalments of a fixed total price

For instalments, you agree a total price and repayment schedule, not a new product with each instalment. The summary must make this clear. Contract and law govern termination and refunds; on full termination of a covered purchase, we return received payments and stop our own future instalments under the Refund Policy. Third-party finance also requires consideration of that provider’s terms without reducing statutory rights.
