Community, Posting and Moderation Rules

1. Community spaces
These rules apply to features where users can post comments, work or messages visible to others. Active features and post visibility are: To be completed after company registration.. A private assignment submitted to an instructor does not automatically become public.
2. Permitted conduct
Participate without harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, misleading impersonation or unauthorised disclosure of others’ personal information. Do not post content without necessary rights, unsolicited promotions or instructions for unlawful system abuse. Criticism of a programme and disagreement with its author are permitted where they do not violate these rules or law.
3. Your content rights
You retain rights in your original content. Posting grants only the non-exclusive permission needed to store, display to your chosen audience and technically process the content for that feature. This is not a sale of copyright, consent to an advertising campaign or blanket permission to train AI models.
Removing a post ends future public display according to the feature’s operation and applicable law. Limited copies may remain in backups or complaint evidence for justified periods under the Privacy Policy. We do not promise removal of copies made by others, lawfully or unlawfully, outside our control.
4. Reporting content and third-party rights

Identify its exact location, the problem and why you consider it unlawful or contrary to the rules. Copyright reports should identify the work, rights holder and your relationship to them; we request only information needed for the appropriate procedure.
Reports are assessed on their substance, not on whether the reporter purchased a course. We do not impose an arbitrary extra form to prevent a legally prescribed reporting method.
5. Measures and a right to respond
Measures may include requesting corrections, restricting visibility, removing a post or proportionately restricting an account. Where required and permitted, we explain the reason, scope, duration and available challenge procedure. Urgent and legally confidential cases follow applicable law.
